Fundraising 101

Money can't buy happiness - but it can oil the wheels that keep positive community projects rolling. Think facilitating sports trips for students, supporting a charitable organisation, building a community playground, supporting vulnerable animals... Fundraising can be a lifesaver.

ZONE BOWLING offers an exciting alternative to car washes and smiling hopefully at people in shopping malls. Picture a bowling alley filled with laughing people, a laser tag arena lit with neon lights and excited shouts - everyone is having a ball, all in the name of fundraising.

ZONE BOWLING fundraiser events offer special rates for each attendee, a dedicated website for payments and RSVPs, and your own personal Event Specialist to help you manage the fundraiser. All you need to do is pick a time and date, invite everyone you know, and ZONE BOWLING will do the rest.

How much can i raise?

The flat fee is $15 per person for two games of bowling, or $13 per person for two games of Laser Tag*. What you charge your guests on top of that is up to you, and the difference in price is how much you raise.

Example: if 100 people each pay $23.90 for two games of bowling, you'll make $8.90 per person - raising $890 overall.

Keep in mind that food, beverages and additional entertainment (such as arcade games) aren't included in the prices.

Who can book a fundraiser with us?

Anyone who needs a hand to organise an awesome fundraiser!

You'll need to ensure that you comply with certain applicable legislation and associated regulations, and provide us with a copy of your authority to conduct the event. Take a look at the charitable fundraising legislation in your state or territory to make sure your cause ticks the right boxes, and talk to the Department of Fair Trading or Consumer Affairs for further advice.

*Laser Tag available at selected venues.
