Frequently Asked Questions for Temporary Closure at ZONE BOWLING

All Timezone and Zone Bowling and Xtreme Entertainment venues are closed due to the government restrictions and actions to limit the spread of COVID-19 infections.

During this challenging time we are doing all we can to keep things running behind the scenes so we'll be ready to press play and reopen! We will look forward to seeing you soon. In the meantime, here are the answers to some important questions while we are closed.

Are you open?

We are closed! But we are closely monitoring the governments laws and legislation regarding COVID-19. We hope you are all remaining safe and well, and we hope to see you on the lanes soon!

When do you expect to reopen?

We are closely monitoring the governments laws and legislation regarding COVID-19 and will look to re-open when the government advises it is safe to do so for our guests and team.

I have made a booking that I need to cancel. How do I get my refund?

Please submit an enquiry through our Contact Us page and one of our lovely team members will be able to assist you!

My Powercard is due to expire. Can I extend the end date?

Sit back. Relax. We've paused all Powercard expiry dates. We will activate this after two months of being opened which gives you enough time to enjoy all the action-packed fun in venue.

I have a birthday voucher. Can I extend this?

We want to make sure you can celebrate your birthday the right way. So any vouchers that were set to expire from March - May will have a 2 month expiry grace period which we will honour when we re-open!

I have a ZONE BOWLING Voucher. Can I extend the end date?

We want to see you bowl up a storm on the lanes, so any vouchers that were set to expire from March - May will have a 2 month expiry grace period which we will honour when we re-open!

What are your plans in terms of Safety and Hygiene for when you re-open?

Your safety is our number one priority. That's why we'll always ensure our venues are cleaned and sanitised and will follow all government measures to keep everyone safe.

Where will you announce when you're reopening?

Make sure you've liked our Facebook page, are subscribed to our mailing list or check our website for news and announcements relating to our reopening date.
