Terms and Conditions

1. Entry is subject to all conditions displayed on the booking confirmation email and at the front entry.
2. Bowling shoes are required on our lanes.
3. No food, beverages or animals may be brought onto the premises.
4. Management reserves right to inspect bags on entry and exit, and to refuse entry or remove guests for vandalism, stealing, offensive behaviour, failure to properly supervise persons under your care, failure to follow safety instructions or failure to comply with any condition of entry.
5. You acknowledge that there are inherent risks in the participation in Bowling and Laser Tag activities. You should consider this participation an exercise in good judgment and act in a responsible manner while using the facility.
6. Zone Bowling takes all reasonable steps to provide you with a safe and enjoyable experience. However Zone Bowling will not be liable for any person in respect the loss of life or personal injury to, any person, whether that loss, damage or personal injury is caused by any person's negligence (including the negligence of Zone Bowling) or otherwise. This exclusion of liability does not apply to liability which cannot by law be contracted out of.
7. Laser Tag is recommended for ages six (6) years and up.
8. Adults/carers are responsible for persons under their supervision.
9. Any photographs, videos or sound recordings taken by you at the premises must be for personal use only. Any use, reuse or production for commercial purposes without our express written consent is strictly prohibited and may result in loss or damage to Zone Bowling.
10. Your image may be taken at any time for security purposes or for use in marketing materials. You authorise the use of your image for these purposes.
11. Zone Bowling takes no responsibilities for any lost, stolen or damaged personal property, brought into or stored in our premises.

1. Introduction
   1. These are the Terms that govern the relationship between you and Zone Bowling when you purchase a birthday party package.
   2. By purchasing a birthday party package, the purchaser warrants that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Purchasing a Birthday Party Package
   1. Birthday party booking deposits purchased via this website are non-refundable and are not available for exchange, unless required by law.
   2. The purchasing of birthday party packages and extras may be subject to credit card and other fees. Zone Bowling reserves the right to vary the amount of this transaction fee from time to time, as specified in the booking purchasing process.
   3. Birthday party package prices are subject to change. Any change will only apply to bookings made after the date that the change is published. All prices in AUD and include GST.
   4. Birthday party booking deposits can be purchased through this web site or over the phone by using a major credit card or PayPal. Your credit card or PayPal account will be debited at the time of booking.
   5. Birthday party booking deposits can also be purchased at any Zone Bowling venue by using EFTPOS or Cash. Your EFTPOS account will be debited at the time of booking.
   6. Handle your birthday party confirmation email as you would cash. Be cautious if someone offers to sell you this document - it has no official resale value and may be an unauthorised copy. You release Zone Bowling from any liability, claim or the like arising as a result of Zone Bowling honouring a stolen or unauthorised copy of an e-voucher. Lost, damaged or stolen birthday party barcodes cannot be replaced.
   7. Zone Bowling reserves the right to refuse any order placed for any birthday party packages. Management reserves the right to change terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will only apply to bookings made after the date that the updated terms and conditions are published.
   8. Birthday party booking barcodes are redeemable at Zone Bowling centres in Australia only.
   9. A $100 deposit is required when booking your party; the final balance may be paid on the day of the booking. A minimum of three (3) business days’ notice from the date of the birthday party is required to receive a refund of the deposit amount.
   10. There is a minimum of ten (10) guests required for each birthday party booking
3. Birthday Party Conditions
   1. Zone Bowling cannot guarantee you or your guests will be able to complete your birthday party if you or any guests in your group are late.
   2. You must arrive 30 minutes prior to your birthday party start time to ensure your party begins on time.
   3. In the unforeseen circumstance Zone Bowling encounters technical issues your birthday party start time may begin later than the original booking start time.
   4. No external food or beverage is permitted, unless in relation to a food allergy which the venue has been made aware of. Guests are also permitted to bring their own birthday cake.
   5. Your birthday party group will either be eating in the venues party room [selected venues], or on the concourse, subject to availability.
   6. The party tables will be available for up to 45 minutes. Please note that even though every endeavour is made to guarantee tables are available for adults, during busier periods this may not always be possible.
   7. Zone Bowling birthday parties run for approximately two and a half (2.5) hours.
   8. The following information must be confirmed 72 hours before your booking;
      1. Final number of guests attending;
      2. Any special dietary requirements i.e. vegetarian or food intolerances;
      3. If you would like to order any additional platters, cake, or extras; and
      4. If you require any additional lanes booked for older siblings or adults.
   9. Platters cannot be cancelled within 72 hours of the party.
   10. Laser Tag cannot be exclusively booked unless your group fills capacity of the arena.
   11. If your party is Laser Tag only, closed sport shoes must be worn by all guests.
   12. The minimum age for children at Zone Bowling birthday parties is five (5) years old.
4. Mega Party Sale December 2024 - March 2025
   1. The discounted price of packages excludes any extras and add-ons.
   2. Excludes Epic Party package, adult birthday parties, group & corporate or Christmas party packages.
   3. This offer is only valid for new Zone Bowling party bookings made between 13 December 2024 – 31 March 2025.
   4. The party must be scheduled and occur by 30 June 2025.
   5. The discount cannot be combined with any other promotions, offers or discounts.
   6. The terms & conditions of the standard Zone Bowling party booking policy apply to all discounted bookings.
5. Mega Party Sale July 2025 - September 2025
   1. The discounted price of packages excludes any extras and add-ons.

1. Bookings purchased via this website are non-refundable and are not available for exchange, unless required by law.
2. Booking barcodes are valid for the duration of the booking and will expire once the booking date and time has lapsed.
3. We recommend you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your reservation to check-in and organise bowling shoes where applicable
4. We cannot guarantee you or your guests will be able to complete your activities if you or any guests in your group are late.
5. In the unforeseen circumstance Zone Bowling encounters technical issues your Bowling start time may begin later than the original booking start time.
6. Where you purchase concession tickets online, suitable identification must be provided at the venue.
7. The purchasing of products and services may be subject to credit card and other fees. Zone Bowling reserves the right to vary the amount of this transaction fee from time to time, as specified in the booking purchasing process.
8. Prices are subject to change without notice due to any changes in government charges, taxes or levies. All prices in AUD and include GST.
9. Vouchers and bookings can only be purchased through this web site by using a major credit card, PayPal, gift card or our pay in venue option. Your credit card or PayPal account will be debited at the time of ordering. Pay in venue requires you to pay the total booking amount before play, and can be paid in cash, by gift card or by using a major credit card.
10. Zone Bowling uses the DPS Payment Express Payment Gateway for its online credit card transactions. DPS processes online credit card transactions securely for thousands of merchants globally, providing a safe and secure online payment service.
11. Payments are processed in real-time.
12. Zone Bowling does not have access to your full card number, this credit card payment is secured by DPS.
13. DPS have bank grade security. All transaction details are stored in their PCI-DSS compliant Data Centre.
14. DPS Payment Express Software is certified with over 200 banks globally. Visit www.paymentexpress.com for more info on online credit card payments.
15. Handle your e-voucher as you would cash. Be cautious if someone offers to sell you this document - it has no official resale value and may be an unauthorised copy. 17. Booking barcodes are redeemable at Zone Bowling venues in Australia only.

Action Zone Pass

Available from Monday 21 July until Tuesday 16 September 2025. Valid for 2 Games of Bowling or Laser Tag or a combination. Arcade games are only valid on red and yellow card readers. No Powertickets are awarded during Time Play. 200 Powertickets are given as part of the pass package. Passes are valid per person and inclusions cannot be split among multiple people. Offer is valid for all persons not just kids/concession. Valid at the time of booking only and any unused value is forfeited. Café voucher subject to terms and conditions below.

• Cafe vouchers should be treated like cash. Defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced, refunded or accepted for redemption.

2. Treat this Powercard like cash. Zone Bowling will not be held responsible for defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen Powercards and these will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed. Register your details in venue and we may be able to transfer your tickets and cash balance.
3. The credit balance on this Powercard is redeemable for game use at Timezone, Kingpin and Zone Bowling venues within Australia only.
4. This Powercard cannot be used for birthday party deposits, to purchase gift cards or to acquire Zone Bowling, Timezone or Kingpin goods and/or services online.

1. When a guest (PWD) enters a Zone Bowling venue and is accompanied by a Carer, the games will be transacted at $7.00 during off-peak (Monday - Friday 4 pm) and $7.50 during peak (Friday 4 pm - Sunday) trading hours. Peak trading hours apply all day, every day during school holidays and public holidays.
2. If the accompanying Carer has a Companion Card, the accompanying Carer is entitled to a game of Bowling at no charge. This must be presented at the guest services desk to a member of our Funsquad when fulfilling a purchase.
3. If the guest (PWD) does not hold a Companion Card the accompanying carer is entitled to bowl at the same price as the PWD (see above).
4. All games will be charged at the same amount. Half-price game rate and not valid with any other offer.

Zone Bowling will do everything to ensure gift cards are posted promptly, but delivery times can be affected by circumstances unforeseeable to Zone Bowling, i.e. postal service high demand, etc. Physical and electronic gift cards purchased through this website on and from 1 August 2024 are subject to the following terms and conditions:

Content Guidelines for Personalisation

You must ensure that the images and videos that you upload (‘Content’) do not breach any intellectual property, privacy, publicity or other rights of any third party (‘Rights’).

Images/videos must not contain:

• provocative, sexual, violent or otherwise offensive content;
• nudity or semi nudity;
• profanity or obscenities;
• firearms or weapons or appear to be violent or abusive;
• libellous, defamatory, discriminative or other content deemed offensive;
• material that could infringe copyright, including without limitation, images of celebrities, actors, musicians, sports people, cartoons or other famous people;
• racial, prejudicial or discriminatory subject matter;
• images that show illegal or anti-social behaviour;
• nationalistic, political statements or politically motivated messages or symbols; or
• material which may breach any laws or relevant standards or codes, or which may otherwise give rise to civil or criminal proceedings. (collectively ‘Sensitive Material’)

All videos and images that are submitted will be automatically screened prior to the personalised Zone Bowling eGiftCard being issued to identify Sensitive Material. You acknowledge that the screening process may fail to identify Sensitive Material and agree that, notwithstanding the screening process, you remain solely responsible for ensuring that the videos and images uploaded by you do not contain Sensitive Material and comply with these content guidelines.

By uploading Content, you:

• confirm and warrant that you either own the Content, or have obtained of the owner of the Content and all persons appearing in the Content to use the Content in connection with the eGift Card Personalisation service;
• acknowledge that variations in colour, image quality and position may occur in the finished product and that the appearance of the Content on the finished Gift Card is dependent on the quality of the Content submitted by you;
• agree that the Content (and any personal information provided by you) will be used and shared with Vii and its suppliers for the management and fulfilment of your order.
• grant TEEG and Vii the right to use, modify, print, store and reproduce the Content for the purpose of providing the eGift Card personalisation service to you;
• consent to the use and disclosure of the personal information provided by you in the manner disclosed in these content guidelines and in TEEG’s and Vii’s privacy policies 
• acknowledge and agree that if you upload content that infringes any Rights, you will pay all losses, costs or expenses TEEG and Vii incur in connection with the infringement of such rights; and
• acknowledge that TEEG reserves the right to refuse and not fulfil your order if either TEEG or Vii, in their absolute discretion, consider that the Content is unacceptable, inappropriate or does not meet these content guidelines. In such instances, TEEG will notify you and any payments will be refunded.

1. Mobile Ordering App orders are not refundable unless you are entitled to a refund under the Australian Consumer Law.
2. You may be asked to prove that you are over the age of 18 by presenting a valid form of ID. Zone Bowling supports the responsible service of alcohol and reserves the right to refuse to serve you if doing so would result in a contravention of any law, the conditions of the liquor licence at one of our venues or our internal policies. In the event that you are refused service, any alcoholic beverages that you have purchased but not consumed will be refunded.
3. If you appear to be under the age of 25 you may be required to supply suitable identification to prove you are over the age of 18.
4. We only accept the following forms of identification: Valid Australian Driver’s License, Australian & International Passport or Australian Proof of Age Card
5. Orders can only be purchased through the Mobile Ordering App by using a major credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or our pay in venue option. Your credit card account will be debited at the time of ordering.

1. The Zone Bowling Bowling Loyalty Program for League Bowlers, Zone Bowling Roller Elite, is operated by Bowling Centres Australia Pty Limited ACN 007 710 110 ("Zone Bowling"). Participation in a Zone Bowling League indicates agreement to be bound by the Zone Bowling Roller Elite (Zone Bowling Loyalty Program) terms and conditions as detailed below.
2. Membership to the Zone Bowling Loyalty Program, Zone Bowling Roller Elite, is open to league bowlers who are Australian and New Zealand residents.
3. Only individuals may be members of the Zone Bowling Loyalty Program, Zone Bowling Roller Elite. A person can join the Zone Bowling Loyalty Program, Zone Bowling Roller Elite, free of charge at any Zone Bowling Centre in Australia and New Zealand. The initial and all subsequent transactions, bowling scores, and attendance data will be included in the member's Reward Account.
4. A member must complete the league registration process at any Zone Bowling centre to use any Reward Entitlements issued through the Zone Bowling Loyalty Program. Only registered & active league bowlers are entitled to Zone Bowling Roller Elite rewards and benefits.
5. A member's name and e-mail address are required when joining a Zone Bowling League and the Zone Bowling Loyalty Program, Zone Bowling Roller Elite. E-mail will be the primary method of communication with members regarding the program and any additional benefits that may be periodically introduced. If members do not have an email address then a postal address must be supplied, however, Zone Bowling does not guarantee that members will receive communication via mail.
6. Member's personal details along with the member's transaction history and mailing requests will be held on a database maintained by Zone Bowling, and a program service provider engaged by Zone Bowling to administer the Zone Bowling Rewards Program, and will be collected, stored, used and disclosed in accordance with Zone Bowling's Privacy Policy. Zone Bowling's Privacy and Security policy can be viewed at www.zonebowling.com or in centre. Under no circumstances will information be made available to any other parties or used for any other purpose unless in accordance with Zone Bowling's Privacy Policy or as required by law.
7. Members of the Zone Bowling Roller Elite program are entitled to receive the following Loyalty Benefits
   
   1. $7 practice games are valid for league bowlers only. Valid all day Monday - Thursday, and before 4 pm on Friday (not available Friday evening or Saturday or Sunday) subject to lane availability at participating Zone Bowling Centres. Valid for active Zone Bowling Roller Elite members only on presentation of their Zone Bowling Roller Elite membership card. This discount is not available with any other discount offer, voucher or promotion. Not valid for league, tournament, birthday parties, school groups, corporate or group events.
   2. 4 games for $24, valid for the Zone Bowling Roller Elite member only (subject to lane availability) at participating Zone Bowling Centres. 8. Periodically Zone Bowling will make available additional offers and promotions that are for the exclusive benefit of Zone Bowling Loyalty Program, Zone Bowling Roller Elite members. These will be bound by separate terms and conditions that will be communicated at the point of sale. These offers and promotions will not be valid in conjunction with the offers outlined in section 7 of these terms and conditions. Loyalty Benefits are for personal use by a member and will not be valid for league or tournaments.
9. To obtain Loyalty Benefits, a member must be a registered & active league bowler and must present their Zone Bowling Roller Elite Card at the time of each transaction at the point of sale or, if the purchase is by telephone, fax, mail order or online, by quoting their membership number - in each case before the purchase is concluded.
10. All transactions on the Loyalty Card, Zone Bowling Roller Elite, accrue in the member's name only and cannot be assigned, sold, refunded, transferred, exchanged or otherwise dealt with except in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
11. Registration as a Zone Bowling league bowler, confirms a member's agreement to receive correspondence and promotional material from Zone Bowling, including mailings with special offers & event information and monthly newsletters & catalogues.
12. Members must report if their Reward Card is lost or stolen at their local centre and a replacement card will be issued.
13. Zone Bowling may in its absolute discretion suspend or terminate the Zone Bowling Loyalty Program, Zone Bowling Roller Elite, at any time with prior notice. Zone Bowling will not be liable for the suspension or termination of the Zone Bowling Loyalty Program on any account whatsoever including (without limitation) for any Loyalty Benefits that may be valid at the time of suspension or termination.
14. All conditions and warranties whether express or implied and whether arising under statute or otherwise, as to the condition, suitability, quality, fitness or safety of any goods or services supplied under the Zone Bowling Loyalty Program are expressly excluded to the full extent permitted by law. Any liability Zone Bowling may have to a member under statute in respect of such goods and services which cannot be excluded is limited, where permitted, to supplying, or paying the cost of supplying, the goods or services again or repairing, or paying the costs of repairing, the goods, at Zone Bowling's option.
15. The Zone Bowling Loyalty card remains the property of Zone Bowling and may be recalled at the discretion of Zone Bowling at any time. Zone Bowling reserves the right to make any changes at any time to these Terms and Conditions and to any part of the Zone Bowling Rewards Program. Any material changes will be notified to participants in the Zone Bowling Rewards Program. A current version of these Terms and Conditions will be available on the Zone Bowling website zonebowling.com.
