Tips for improving your aim in Laser Skirmish

One of the most important skills to finesse in the Laser Skirmish arena is how to aim at and target opponents. These tips can help you perform to the best of your ability when you play this fun game.
Give yourself the best spot to aim from
Before you even launch into advice on how best to look through viewfinders and how to point your laser at opponents, it is important to firstly establish where to aim from. Find a spot that lets you keep one side of your body well protected, such as against a wall or up against a barrier. Ideally, this spot should also keep your back unexposed.
A high vantage point is also advantageous for aiming and shooting players below. Find this spot in the first few minutes of the game, and treat it like a home base. While you can't usually win by sticking to one place the whole time, returning to this safe spot throughout the game can help you win points by setting yourself up for a higher chance of laser shots actually reaching opponents.
Aiming is all about hand-eye coordination
Firstly, make sure you have a clear line of sight into the other team's open space. Always keep your finger on the trigger, because an opportunity to aim could arise at any point.
Take a deep breath. This helps to pump oxygen through the body and calm your nerves, so that the aim is precise. Place the iris of your eye directly in the centre of the view finder for the best chances of aiming at the target. The central line is where you want the target to line up with. Use your other hand to steady the forearm that is holding the gun, and voila - you're good to go!
