ZONE BOWLING Beers and Burger Combos | ZONE BOWLING
When you think of classic foods that go well together, you might think of pork and apple, cheese and crackers, beetroot and feta, or avocado and bacon (although let's be honest, bacon goes well with everything).
Here at ZONE BOWLING, we are proud to introduce a new flavour combo that is sure to go down in history in terms of iconic pairings. As part of our 150 lashings promotion, we are dishing out a special offer for you that involves chomping down on delicious, juicy Outback Sliders with a cooling, hoppy James Squire beer for only $20!
Why not celebrate your epic scores on the bowling lanes with a clink of the bottle? This special offer is available only at selected centres, which are listed at the bottom of the article for your convenience. Come on down to one of these for a night of food, fun, and friends and frolicking. This offer is great for an adult party - don't worry about cleaning up the house before guests arrive or having to cook a big dinner and tidy up. Instead, just relax and enjoy the night.
Flavour combinations to delight over
We sure love the tender meat in the sliders washed down with a chug of the refreshing pale ale, but there's a plethora of other classic flavour combinations out there.
Did you know that cooking pork with apple sauce, or with other infuses of apples, has been a regular part of cuisine since the 1700s? A book titled The House-keepers Pocket-Book was published way back in 1760 and had detailed illustrations on how to prepare this meal. Other 18th century cookbooks also discussed ways to prepare pork with apples.
Fast forward several hundred years, and you'll find new classic flavour combinations popping up even today. Salted caramel is all the rage these days, and even entirely new foods are being invented by blending different types of food together. Remember the cronut, a croissant-doughnut hybrid invented in New York in 2013 by Chef Dominique Ansel? Lines stretched for several blocks outside his bakery just to try the novelty.
If we do say so ourselves, many of the items on our menu are worth lining up for too! Come on down and lick your lips at the variety of food and beverages offered here.
